Lawrence and his wife Wanda moved to Vancouver Island in the summer of 2016 to lead Via Comox Valley. They moved from Lethbridge where Lawrence was part of the pastoral team at Via Lethbridge for 7 years. Since moving to Via Comox Valley Lawrence has continuously taken every opportunity to promote and release leaders in the church. He is an incredible pastor that is not afraid to stand with others in places of uncertainty and help them to see Jesus in their circumstances. Lawrence is currently completing a Masters of Christian Studies, through Christ College. In the midst of his studies, Lawrence is increasingly leaning into what God is doing in his life, paying attention to what God is revealing about himself and teaching others to do the same. Lawrence has enjoyed the recreation the Island has to offer. He enjoys going to the beach, gardening, hiking and going for bike rides. Wanda and Lawrence have two married daughters and two grandchildren.
